Once a data set has enabled the “time” option for a layer, it can be used (added) to a web map where a time slider tool appears at the bottom of the web map. The tool, itself, has a few configurations to make. You can choose to use them or not use them.
At the end of the video, I end up “disabling” the animation before I save the web map and publish (share) to a web map application.
