Two web map viewers currently exist in ArcGIS Online:
- Classic Web Map Viewer
- “New” Web Map Viewer (now the standard viewer since 2021)
This videos shows a brief overview of the components of the “New” Web Map Viewer.
Some organizations are still using the “Classic” viewer as the default. I tend to keep up with the latest and greatest, so I use the “New” Web Map Viewer.
This is a high level overview to orient you to the different components. Other content and videos will have more specific commentary for different parts of the Web Map interface.
