Aggregate Point Data by Polygons

Another option to aggregate point data is by polygons. Aggregation occurs by the polygon boundary (e.g. political or jurisdictional boundary, demographic tracts, blocks, block group areas, service areas, project areas, etc).

This example shows the same 311 point data in the Hex Bin example aggregated by a neighborhood polygon layer.
